Return & Exchange Period

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

A product may be returned or exchanged if:

• The wrong item was received
• The wrong size was received
• The product is damaged or defective
• The item is unused and unworn
• Original tags and packaging are intact

Products that have been washed, worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned for a refund.

Return Process

Please contact Focus Outfit before sending any product back. Our customer support team will provide the return instructions and return address.

Do not send a return to any address without first contacting us.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval of your return or exchange.
